1) Install
- Download the ZIP file (Download button on Home page).
- Extract ZIP using password:
1234. - Run the EXE.
2) First Run
- Open the application.
- On first run, the app creates required folders and local database files.
- BitBox mode: click BitBox and it will set up the database automatically, then you can use it directly.
- PCMFlash mode: it uses a local database; if it's not available, click Update from Cloud first, then use it.
3) Trial (3 days)
- Software includes 3‑day free trial.
- During trial you can use all features.
- After trial ends, activate for lifetime access.
4) Activation (Lifetime)
- Open app → Activation dialog.
- Copy Request Code.
- Send Request Code to: e4mwak@gmail.com
- Receive Activation Code and paste it in the app.

5) Modes: PCMFlash / BitBox
- PCMFlash Mode: PCMFlash module PDFs + cars database.
- BitBox Mode: searches
BitBox.pdf, opens per‑FID PDFs if available.
6) Searching
- Car brand / car model / ECU model
- ECU names (example:
MED17.1.27) - Engine types (example:
1.6 TDI) - Brand / model
- Module number
7) Cars List (Local/Cloud)
- Local:
cars-list.txtnear the EXE (editable). - Cloud: downloaded and stored locally for fast usage.
In BitBox cars list, if there is no specific FID PDF file, the PDF column shows xxxxx.
8) Update from Cloud
- Click Update from Cloud.
- The app downloads newest cars database.
- If changed, it updates and offers re‑index.
9) PDFs & Downloads Folder
- Place PCMFlash PDFs in
downloads. - Put
BitBox.pdfindownloadsfor BitBox mode. - Optional: put ECU‑specific PDFs into
bitbox-ecu-fidlikefid123.pdf.
10) Tips
- If you add new PDFs, the app can detect and index them.
- If search is empty, check PDFs exist in
downloads. - Use Cars List to jump fast to ECU/module and open PDF.
- You can open the ECU diagram by double‑clicking the module or FID number.
